Make space for your health.
Simple symptom and wellbeing check-ins are being designed to help people notice and record how they feel over time.
Life happens between appointments. We’re bringing cardiovascular risk assessment, diagnostic insights and AI-supported follow-up into one connected care experience.
Small check-ins. A more connected day.
Your daily wellbeing check-in
Heart Guardian AI brings together the tools we’re developing for cardiovascular self-management and clinical follow-up.
Simple symptom and wellbeing check-ins are being designed to help people notice and record how they feel over time.
Medication reminders and accessible health information aim to support everyday routines between clinic visits.
AI-assisted follow-up and risk-alert workflows are being developed to help connect daily observations with clinical review.
Our approach connects cardiovascular research, clinical assessment and everyday follow-up.
Our intended pathway spans people at risk of heart failure, those with pre-heart failure and those with symptomatic heart failure, with support adapted to their needs.
The team’s research uses Hong Kong real-world clinical data, including CDARS. We’re developing machine-learning risk assessment with interpretable outputs.
The care pathway includes Ethics Medical Centre for cardiovascular-focused body checks, including blood tests, ECG, echocardiography and ultrasound where appropriate.
Led by founder Prof. Kai-Hang Yiu and CEO Dr Qing-Wen Ren, Kinetic Health Tech brings cardiology research and AI development together.

Our patient experience is being designed around the practical moments of managing a cardiovascular condition.
A person records how they feel and keeps track of their routine.
Information is organised to support follow-up and discussion.
Care decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals.
Kinetic Health brings clinical research, data science and product development together to explore how AI can support cardiovascular care.
Our work centres on cardiovascular monitoring, everyday self-management and continuity after clinical encounters.
Planned evaluation focuses on whether AI-supported follow-up can improve engagement, medication refilling and care workflows.
Features and research programmes are in development. Clinical benefit must be evaluated; no outcome improvement is claimed here.
An evolving platform, with a focused purpose.
Heart Guardian AI is a cardiovascular-focused digital health platform being developed by Kinetic Health. It explores AI-supported self-management, monitoring and clinical follow-up.
The dedicated mobile app and connected-device experience are in development. For diagnostic service plans, visit our Services page or contact the team. App availability and study participation details will be added when confirmed.
No. The proposed tools are intended to support self-management and communication. They do not replace a clinical consultation, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.
The app illustration is a design concept. Features, appearance and clinical workflows may change during development and evaluation.
